Who we are

Cape Noir is a private chauffeur and luxury transport service based in Cape Town, South Africa. Reservation and privacy enquiries: book@capenoir.co.za.

What we collect

Only the information you choose to send when you enquire or book: your name, contact details, travel dates, pickup and destination addresses, flight details, guest numbers and any special requests. The reservation form on this website prepares an email draft (or, for urgent requests, a WhatsApp message) on your own device; nothing is submitted to or stored on this website's server.

How we use it

To reply with availability and a quotation, to confirm and operate your booking, to brief your chauffeur, and to invoice you. We may contact you about your journey before, during and after travel.

Where it is kept

Enquiries sent by email are held in our business mailbox; WhatsApp messages are held in WhatsApp, which processes them under its own privacy policy. Booking records are kept for as long as needed to operate the booking and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may record standard connection logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and performance.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to book@capenoir.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.
